Our company, aware of the importance of protecting your personal data, processes and stores them only for legal reasons and on the basis of legitimate interest. We pay extra attention to the protection of your personal data, which we obtain directly from you or from third parties in the course of our business activities.
This information on the protection of personal data applies to visitors to our company's website and the electronic store operated by our company (hereinafter referred to as “eshop”) as well as to the use of our products and services through our company's platform, which is intended for the management of our products and monitoring ( hereinafter referred to as the “platform”).
For the purposes of business relations between you and our company, your personal data is obtained primarily directly from you within the framework of contractual relations with our company. Personal data is processed and stored to the extent of: first and last name, address of permanent / temporary residence, bank account number, telephone number, email address and records from the logs of our automated information system that you use as our customer. If you are a natural person – an entrepreneur or act on behalf of a legal entity, we also process and store the business name, or name, registered office, or place of business, ID number, VAT number, VAT number if assigned and email address. We process and store this personal data also in the case of those interested in our company's products and services, provided that they have given their consent to the processing of personal data.
If you use the services of our company for the purpose of monitoring your property, we want to assure you that the data about your property is in anonymized form, so that it is not possible to determine its type / type, geographical location, owner and/or person who uses the device ; only you and the persons you designate have access to this information. In some cases, especially due to service intervention, and after your consent, these data may be made available to our company, which, however, does not subsequently process them.
If you purchase a product, create an account to use the services provided by our company and activate it through our services, purchase a subscription to use the services, update your device, join our services or contact us, participate in a survey or otherwise contact our the company can collect a wide range of information from these channels, such as:
Account information, including name, surname, e-mail address, account details, including registered devices, created sub-accounts and their profiles (if this functionality is made available to you), status of the account or sub-accounts, firmware version and account status, type and the version of the browser through which you access the service. If you create sub-accounts and other profiles that are derived from your main account, our company does not have access to this data, except for their total number and account type.
Device information, i.e. data by which the device can be identified, such as the serial number of your device, connection status to the telecommunications network and signal strength; other data on the status of the device, which are necessary for the proper operation of the device. However, we cannot obtain information about the owner / user and the location of the device without your consent.
Contact data, such as first and last name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number or other data on the basis of which we can contact you.
We store payment data only to the extent of your billing address or your bank account (for example, when returning a payment). All payments are made through Stripe, Inc.'s payment gateway. You can find the privacy policy at https:/stripe.com/en-sk/privacy. We do not collect or store information such as your payment card number, card validity date, CVC number of the payment card. For the reasons stated, our company will not even request this data from you, except for payments made through the payment gateway.
Information about transactions, data about purchases of our company's equipment and services or about transactions processed by our company in relation to you.
Usage Data, data about your activity in connection with the use of our devices and services, device interaction information, crash data, device operational data and diagnostic data; other usage data. However, this data is in anonymized form and it is not possible to identify data about the owner / user and the location of the device without your consent.
Location information, device location data to which our company has access only on the basis of your prior express consent (this data is protected by a password chosen by you). Access to location information may be requested by our company, for example, in the event of a service intervention, checking the proper operation of the device, etc.
Our company does not obtain the personal data of the affected persons from third parties, but in some cases it may happen that we get contact with you from a third party (for example, from the seller of our equipment and/or services) and then we will contact you. In such a case, we consider that your consent to provide your personal data to our company has been granted to a third party. The stated assumption applies until proven otherwise (e.g. by your explicit statement that you have not given your consent and do not agree to our company further processing your personal data). If someone sells and/or provides your personal data to us, they must inform you in advance.
Furthermore, our company does not process your personal data or provide them to third parties, except for public authorities for control purposes, and it also does not transfer your personal data to third countries.
If you provide us with personal data of third parties, it is your duty to inform the person concerned about this and to ensure their consent to these terms of personal data protection. For example, if you authorize the person in question to act on behalf of you or your company and you deliver such authorization to our company.
When you visit our website and/or our company's electronic store, we may collect certain information about you, such as IP address, date and time of access to our website, information about your internet browser, operating system or language settings and behavior on the website and/or online store, including your interactions, i.e. e.g. which links on our website you visit and which product is shown to you. This information is anonymized to preserve your privacy, and we cannot assign it to a specific user, ie a specific person. In case if to our website and/or you access the online store through a web browser in which you are logged in via your email address and you do not change the personal data protection settings, which are fully at your disposal, this data may be used by our company for the purposes of our company's direct marketing. You can change the consent given in this way at any time, or revoke the consent given to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing.
If you access our website from a mobile phone or similar device, we may also process information about your mobile device (e.g. mobile phone operating system, IP address, date and time of access to our website, etc.).

A cookie file is a small text file that is created by visiting a website and if cookies are enabled in the web browser, the server saves them on your computer. It is used as a standard tool for storing information about how our pages are used, they are used to distinguish individual visitors and user preferences are stored in them, such as page resolution, browser type and version, language settings, etc.
We can thus distinguish (but not identify) individual users from each other and adapt the content to specific preferences. Cookies are important. Without them, browsing the web would be much more difficult.
In the case of using e-commerce, cookies are used to store personal data during registration such as name and surname, address, contents of the shopping cart, etc.

Technical cookies: in order for our online store to function properly (e.g. so that you can create a user profile, log in to it and so that you can purchase goods and services), we use technical cookies. We could not run our e-shop without them.

In this case, your password is always encrypted. These cookies are not necessary, but they will make it easier for you to visit our online store.
Analytical cookies: analytical cookies help us improve our website and online store. Analytical cookies on our website are collected by a script from Google Inc., which then anonymizes this data. After anonymization, it is no longer personal data, because anonymized cookies cannot be assigned to a specific user, or a specific person. We only work with cookies in anonymized form.
We can also use the knowledge from these cookies for advertising purposes, when based on this data we can show you advertising on foreign websites that we consider relevant in relation to you.
If you do not want our company to use cookies, we provide you with the option to disable their use when visiting our website and/or our e-shop.

We process your personal data for the following reasons:
Purchase of products and services: We process your personal data for the purpose of completing your order. In case of any problem with your order, we can contact you afterwards.
Customer care: for your satisfaction, we process your personal data when you contact us with any request related to our website, e-commerce, device or service.
User account: the personal data you enter in your user profile will make some useful functions available to you (e.g. phone number or email address through which we can inform you about important facts related to the use of our services or devices). Some functions could not otherwise be made available to you without providing your personal data. You can change the personal data provided by you at any time by submitting a request for their change to our company (contacts are listed at the end of these policies).
Marketing: For the purpose of marketing and promoting our products and services, the following communication channels are used, including through which you could provide us with your personal data.
E-marketing, e-mail offers from our company are sent to you based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (unsubscribe from receiving sent offers). Exercising rights and legal claims and control by public authorities: We process your personal data at the same time because we need them to exercise our rights and legal claims (e.g. in the case of unpaid claims from you). We may also process your personal data for the purpose of complying with applicable laws in the respective country, or within the framework of valid and binding rules of the European Union, further for the purpose of inspections carried out by public authorities (e.g. tax inspections), fulfillment of state administration requirements and for other similarly serious reasons.
Fulfillment and conclusion of the contract: Providing your personal data is necessary so that we can conclude a purchase or other contract with you regarding the products and services you want to purchase from us. By concluding a contract between our company and you (e.g. purchasing a device or service), we process your personal data for the purpose of proper delivery of the purchased product, or proper provision of the purchased service. Therefore, we primarily process your invoicing and delivery data on this legal basis. The legal basis is Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code, Act no. 513/1991 Coll. Commercial Code, Act no. 595/2003 Coll. on income tax as amended and other generally binding legal regulations. The provision of your personal data is voluntary on your part, but without them it is not possible for you to purchase the products and/or services of our company.
Legitimate interests: We also use your personal data to provide you with relevant content, i.e. content that is interesting to you. On the basis of a legitimate interest, we mainly process personal data in this way, which we process automatically in our information systems and cookies.
Disclosure of personal data to third parties: Your personal data may be provided to third parties (which are different from state public authorities) only if this is necessary to fulfill our company's obligation to you. These data are provided to third parties only on the basis of a contractual agreement with our company, in connection with, for example, the delivery of the product you ordered. In connection with compliance with our contractual or legal obligations, we are assisted by other persons who are in the position of recipients (e.g. a company providing accounting services, providers of data storage and software applications, etc.). We conclude written contracts with these entities, in which their obligation to protect your personal data is enshrined. We protect your personal data to the maximum extent possible using the most modern technologies, and we have also adopted and maintain various administrative, technical and organizational measures that prevent their misuse, damage or destruction.
On our part, your personal data may also be shared with public authorities on the basis of laws, for example with tax authorities, law enforcement authorities, social security authorities and the like.
We store and protect your personal data for the period specified by applicable legal regulations, or if it is personal data processed on the basis of your consent, for the period for which you have given us your consent.
Retention periods vary depending on the specific purpose for which we process personal data. The specified period of data storage for the respective purpose respects the principle of minimization of personal data storage, which ensures that we process personal data only during the necessary period of duration of the purpose of personal data processing. We process personal data processed for the purpose of identifying customers in connection with the provision of products and/or services for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for a period of 10 years after its termination. For the stated period, our company is obliged to store this data for legal reasons, for example, according to tax regulations for which the data retention period is at least 10 years.
If we process your personal data on the basis of consent for the purposes of marketing activities in the provision of products and services, we process your personal data for as long as you are a customer of our company and for 5 years from the termination of all contractual relations between you and our company. If you do not enter into any contractual relationship with our company, we will process your personal data for a period of 12 months from the date of granting your express consent.
We bring to your attention that the personal data that are necessary for the proper provision of services, or in order to fulfill all our obligations, whether these obligations result from the contract between us or from generally binding legal regulations, we must process, regardless of your consent, for the period determined by the relevant legal regulations as stated above.
We protect your personal data in order to prevent their unauthorized access and misuse, for this purpose we have implemented adequate technical, administrative and physical measures.
We regularly check their security and continuously improve their protection. All communication between your browser and our web servers is encrypted. Login data is hashed and all your data is stored only on servers in secure data centers with limited, controlled and audited access.
We try to use such security measures that, taking into account the current state of technology, provide sufficient security. The adopted security measures are then regularly checked and updated.
Our company also rigorously controls the circle of persons who can become familiar with your personal data. Our employees who come or may come into contact with personal data in the course of their work are demonstrably trained and bound by confidentiality.
In relation to your personal data, you have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, the right to correct or supplement your personal data, the right to request a restriction of their processing, the right to raise an objection or complaint against the processing of your personal data, the right to access your personal data , the right to request the transfer of your personal data, the right to be informed about a breach of the security of your personal data and, under certain conditions, the right to delete some personal data that we process in connection with you (the so-called right to be „forgotten“).
You have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether we are processing your personal data and, if so, you have the right to obtain access to this data and the following information:

recipients of your data,
data processing times,
information about the source from which we obtained your personal data.
If we process personal data about you, you also have the right to obtain access to this personal data and you have the right to provide a copy of it. If you ask us to provide a copy of your data, it is necessary that you explicitly state this in your request. In the event that you require additional copies, we have the right to charge a fee for this service.
Your personal data that we have is provided by you, so it may happen that these are not up-to-date or complete. However, we cannot determine their out-of-dateness and/or incompleteness without your cooperation. For this reason, it is important that you inform us of any change in your personal data as soon as possible and notify us of the relevant changes. As a data subject, you are responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness and truthfulness of the personal data you have provided to our company. You have the right to correct your incorrect and out-of-date personal data in our information systems. If such a situation occurs, do not hesitate to contact us.
In this context, we would like to inform you that our company bears no responsibility if damage has been caused to you as a result of your out-of-date data (for example, if the goods paid for were delivered to an out-of-date address where an unauthorized person took them).
If you do not agree to us processing your personal data in certain cases, you have the right to object to such processing. If you are exercising your right, it is necessary that you provide the necessary argumentation in your request and attach the relevant documentation that justifies your claims. A closer specification of your claim is necessary in order for us to be able to assess the legitimacy and reasonableness of your request. After receiving your request, we are obliged to prove to you the necessary legitimate reasons for processing your data, which prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the person concerned or reasons for proving, exercising or defending legal claims.
If you believe that there is no reason for our company to continue processing your personal data, you have the right to request the blocking of your data. If the conditions for restricting the processing of your data according to the GDPR are met, we are obliged to proceed with the restriction of their processing within a reasonable period according to Art. 12 GDPR.
You have the right to reject a decision that has been made under the conditions that the decision is based solely on an automated decision, which may include profiling, ie it is not a human decision; and at the same time the decision has legal effects on you; and at the same time these legal effects concern you or significantly affect you. Our company does not perform automated decision-making and profiling.
If you believe that our company no longer needs to process your personal data, you have the right to have your data deleted. However, the deletion does not affect the data on documents that we have to keep according to the law (e.g. invoices, credit notes, complaint protocols). If we need your personal data to determine, exercise or defend our legal claims, your request may be rejected (e.g. when we register an unpaid claim in connection with you).
With the exception of the cases mentioned, you have the right to erasure in the following cases:
Personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were processed
You have withdrawn your consent on the basis of which the data were processed and there is no other legal reason for their processing
You have raised an objection to the processing of personal data and you believe that, when assessing the objection, it will become clear that in a specific situation your interest prevails over our interest in the processing of this personal data
